Public statement

Ljubljana, 19 December 2013: Today’s stakeholders’ assembly of Geoplin d.o.o. Ljubljana appointed two new government representatives to the company’s Supervisory Board. 

At the same assembly, stakeholders discharged two members of the Supervisory Board: representatives of the Slovenian government Dr. Matjaž Novak and Tomaž Orešič. Based on the proposal of Slovenska odškodninska družba, Andrej Ribič and Mojca Golc, MBA were appointed as replacements. 

Andrej Ribič, who is currently employed as the General Director of Elektro Ljubljana, d.d., has a degree in electrical engineering. Mojca Golc, MBA holds a university degree in economics and a master’s degree in management and organisation. She is currently employed as a project manager at Eltec Petrol, d.o.o., Bled.
