Management of the company

The company has a two-member Management Board. It comprises the President of the Management Board and CEO Boštjan Napast and member of the Management Board and Managing Director Alojz Stana, MBA.

Boštjan Napast holds a university degree in mechanical engineering. He served in various management positions at Petrol, d.d., where he was employed from 1998 to 2011. In 2005 he was appointed member of Petrol’s Management Board responsible for energy matters, and was later appointed adviser to the Management Board. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Geoplin and Geoplin plinovodi between 2005 and 2009. He has headed Geoplin’s Management Board since September 2011. From October 2012 to March 2014 he was Chairman of Plinovodi’s Supervisory Board, then until January 2018 he was its member. In February 2018, he has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of Slovenska industrija jekla, d.d., a Slovenian company and one of the largest producers of steels in Europe.Alojz Stana holds a university degree in mechanical engineering, and completed his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. From 1990 to 2000, he was employed at the company MLM as the Managing Director of Armal d.o.o. From 2000 to 2006, he also served as a member of MLM, d.d.’s Management Board. He served as President of Geoplin’s Management Board from 2006 until September 2011, when he became a member of the Management Board.

Alojz Stana holds a university degree in mechanical engineering, and completed his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. From 1990 to 2000, he was employed at the company MLM as the Managing Director of Armal d.o.o. From 2000 to 2006, he also served as a member of MLM, d.d.’s Management Board. He served as President of Geoplin’s Management Board from 2006 until September 2011, when he became a member of the Management Board.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board comprises three members: two stakeholder representatives and one employee representative.

The members of the Supervisory Board are Tomaž Berločnik, MSc, President and Janez Grošelj, MSc, Deputy President as stakeholder representatives, and Simon Jelovčan as employee representative.
